Account and Registration Data: name, email address, and — when enrollment becomes available — billing address, country of residence, payment information (processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not store credit card details).
Course Activity Data: progress, quiz results, completion status, certificate issuance.
Communication Data: name, email, message content from the contact form or email.
Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, timestamps — collected in server logs and essential cookies.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
Contractual necessity (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): to provide course access and manage accounts.
Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): improving the platform, ensuring security, service communications.
Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): waitlist, newsletter. Withdrawable at any time.

4. How We Use Your Data
Provide and manage platform and course access; process waitlist registrations; communicate about accounts and inquiries; issue certificates; improve the website and courses; comply with legal obligations; prevent fraud.

We do not sell personal data. We may share with: service providers (hosting, email delivery, payment processing) under data processing agreements; where required by law; in the event of a business transfer.
6. International Data Transfers
Primary processing takes place within the EEA, on our own EU-based infrastructure. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we use EU Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

We use only cookies essential for the platform to function, and we run no analytics or tracking. See the Cookie Policy for details.
8. Data Retention
Account data: duration of the account + up to 3 years after closure.
Waitlist data: until unsubscribe or 12 months after public launch.
Communication data: up to 2 years after the last interaction.
Tax and billing records: 5 years (Polish tax law).
Technical logs: up to 26 months.
9. Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

10. Third-Party Services
The platform runs on our own, self-hosted EU infrastructure. Supporting services are limited to font delivery (Google Fonts), email delivery, and — once enrollment opens — a payment processor, each engaged under appropriate data protection terms.

The platform is designed for adult professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 16.
